Goaliza respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
1. Our Role as an Aggregator
Please note that Goaliza does not host, encode, store, or upload any video, media, or media files. We simply aggregate links and embed external media from third-party websites. Any copyright infringement notices should be directed to the third-party providers who host the content. However, we are willing to remove links and embeds that direct to infringing content upon proper notification.
2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material accessible on Goaliza infringes your copyright, please report your concern by submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice. Upon receipt of the Notice, we will take appropriate actions, which may include removing the link or embed from our site.
To submit a notice, please provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and a link to where it is located on Goaliza.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Goaliza to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
